Nothing on this site is advisory, legal, financial, or tax advice. Content is published for general orientation. A private engagement begins only after a signed engagement letter and first payment.
Engagement terms
- Each engagement is scoped in a written engagement letter.
- Fees are invoiced at the start of the engagement or the start of each month, depending on tier.
- Payment is by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
- Either party may terminate with written notice. Pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused portion.
Confidentiality
All client information shared during an engagement is held in strict confidence. Case patterns published on this site never identify clients, companies, metrics, or specifics that would allow identification.
Limitation of liability
Total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. This site and its content are provided as-is.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
